Konga - Volume 1 - Bookshop Edition
SKU: KO-CC-BSE-1
Konga Volume 1 collects the first five issues of Charlton's giant monster series, from June 1961 to March 1962. Issue 1 adapts the film: a small monkey is injected with a growth serum and becomes a giant that rampages through London. In "Return of Konga" a new Konga battles a Tyrannosaurus on a prehistoric island, then slays a sea dragon in "Konga and the Island Monster". Nazi invaders and an H-bomb test threaten him in issues 4 and 5. Digitally enhanced and faithfully reproduced.
