Collects Bulletman #14 to #16 (Spring to Fall 1946) together with the hero's first appearances in Nickel Comics #1 and #2 (May 1940), reproduced by PS Artbooks from the original Fawcett Comics editions.
Jim Barr and Susan Kent, better known as Bulletman and Bulletgirl, take on Death the Comedian, Mr. Who, Professor D, a vanishing elephant and an underworld night club. The Nickel Comics issues give the origin of Bulletman and Who Is Bulletman? alongside the Jungle Twins and Warlock the Wizard. Issue #13 is not included, as no known copies have surfaced.
